Vincent Foreman, Overall Overseer and senior leader of the House of West, is a seasoned force in ballroom culture and leadership. Originally entering the scene in 2002 walking Face and Vogue Femme, Vincent’s early journey was shaped by independence and resilience. After stepping away in 2009, he returned in 2018 as a Co-Founder of The Captivating House of West, reemerging with a redefined presence as a fashionista. Since then, he has built an exceptional competitive legacy as an Undefeated Urban Streetwear Legend, earning over 40 Overall Titles (OTYs) in just six years. 

As Overall Overseer, Vincent leads the day-to-day operations of the House of West with precision and accountability. He serves as the primary spokesperson, representing the house across ballroom platforms while ensuring clear, consistent communication across all levels of leadership. He directly supervises regional leaders and overall leads, conducts quarterly house-wide check-ins, and maintains alignment by working closely with regional parents and leadership. His leadership style prioritizes structure, clarity, and execution, ensuring the house operates at a high standard while continuing to grow and dominate.
